I still have a discount code (or an old one), how can I use this?

You can add the discount code to your cart. When you click on “view cart”, you can scroll down, and there you will find a field in which you can add your discount code. The discount will then be calculated and added automatically. Pay close attention to the expiration date on your discount code, because you cannot use the discount once the code has expired.

Where can I see what is in the bites?

You can find the ingredients on the backside of our packaging, but you can also see it on the product pages of the bites in our webshop. Click on the bite you’re interested in and scroll down to see a list of ingredients.

Are the bites vegetarian?

Yes. We are all about plant-power! All of our bites are vegetarian, but not all of them are vegan. Our Chocolate Nut Mix contains a little bit of milk powder. (We are working on it!)
Would you like to only buy vegan bites? bites? You can filter on “vegan” in our webshop. Keep in mind that our bites aren’t certified vegan though, meaning they don’t carry a quality mark.


Are the bites suitable for children?

Having a small number of nuts a day is a good idea for everyone, even for children. The Netherlands Nutrition Centre does say that it’s better to not give children under the age of four whole nuts or peanuts. Young children don’t have completely developed teeth and mouth muscles. They could potentially suffocate by eating whole nuts. The Netherlands Nutrition Centre, therefore, advises to eat calmly and stay seated at a table. Stay with your kids when you feed them whole nuts. For kids above the age of four, our portion packs are of course ideal healthy snacks for their lunch box!

I can't eat too much salt, can I still eat your bites?

That’s why we marinated our Soya Nut Mix in tamari to give it that hearty flavour. The peanuts in our Chilli Nut Mix are unsalted, for example.
Our Mixed Nuts, Apricot Nut Mix and Cinnamon Nut Mix don’t contain any added salt. In our webshop , you can see how much salt every BitesWeLove product contains.

I have a nut allergy. Can I eat the bites?

Unfortunately, you cannot eat our bites if you have a nut allergy. All our mixes are created in the same nut factory, which means there can always be a trace of nuts in any of our mixes. Our Crunchy Peas are made with peas and don’t contain nuts, but they are produced in the same factory which means they can contain traces of nuts or even a piece of a nut. We do try our hardest to avoid this from happening.

I have a gluten allergy/intolerance. Can I eat the bites?

Nuts are naturally gluten-free. Most of our other ingredients are also gluten-free. Because our bites are packaged at a production location, we cannot guarantee that our bites are 100% gluten-free. Important: our Soya Nut Mix and Crunchy Peas are not gluten-free and are made with ingredients that contain gluten.


How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy. In our webshop, you can easily place bites into your shopping cart. Would you like to make it even easier for yourself? Create an account. If you create an account, you won’t have to add your details next time you place an order.


How can I pay for my bites?

In our webshop, you can pay easily using IDEAL, credit card or PayPal.

I want to order bites for my company, is that possible?

Of course! We have different (discounted) pricing for businesses an offer the possibility to pay afterward using an invoice. For more information or to request a quote, you can have a look at our ‘corporate orders’ page, or send us an email to

Which amounts do you offer?

Our portion packs are available in boxes with 12 pieces. So you always order an amount of 12, 24, 26, etc. Our larger bags are available in boxes with 6 pieces, but you can order a single bag as well. If you order over € 35, you don’t pay for shipping within The Netherlands.

I would like to change the address.

You can add a new address by logging into your account and clicking on “addresses”. Here you can change the invoice address as well as the delivery address.

I would like to cancel my order, is that possible?

To be able to deliver your package as soon as possible, we immediately start processing your order. This means you have a very short amount of time to cancel your order. If it has been less than 15 minutes since you placed your order, you can call us at 020-2331750. We can then see if it’s possible to still cancel your order.

I want to return my order, is that possible?

If you want to return your order, you can contact us at Via email, you will receive an answer on whether you can return the order or not. As soon as we’ve received your package, we will transfer you the purchase amount within 5 business days.


I lost my invoice, where can I find it?

You can easily find and download your invoices by logging into your account.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Yes, but we do process our orders quite quickly. In case something went wrong in your order, please contact us at 020-2331750. We’re available to pick up the phone between 09:00 and 17:30 on weekdays.


Do I pay for shipping?

In The Netherlands, we make and deliver the box for € 3,96. For orders above € 35, the shipping is free of charge in The Netherlands. For shipping to Belgium, you pay € 7.50.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders that have been placed on a weekday before 18:00, are sent on the same day. We work with PostNL, so most orders arrive the next day or 2 days later. You can track your order via a Track & Trace link, which you receive from PostNL.

Where can you deliver my boxes?

Wherever you’d like! We do charge extra for deliveries outside of The Netherlands. You can let us know where you’d like to receive our box: at home or at work, for example.  

Does my order fit through the mailbox?

Our gift boxes easily fit through the mailbox, so you don’t have to stay at home! Easy peasy. Other packages are generally sent in larger boxes, so they won’t fit through the mailbox.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all of our orders have a Track & Trace code. This way, you can see when your bites will be delivered. You receive an email with this code as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You can also see this code in your order overview.


What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Please make sure to check the Track & Trace code first, which you can find when you log into your account on our website.
If the package has been sent, but you haven’t received it, you can send us an email at or call us at 020-2331750. We will try to figure out what happened to your box.

I have a complaint about the bites, how can we solve this?

We’re sad to hear that! But we would like to solve it as quickly as possible. Please email us at or call us at 020-2331750, and we will find a solution together.
